Philly’s Restaurant Week Is Here

The best time to try new restaurants in Philly is now.

Unlike the actual name, Restaurant Week is actually just under two weeks – from January 12th (Sunday) until January 24th (next Friday). In Center City, many restaurants offer a unique menu to patrons who’ve never dined at their establishment in hopes it brings them back again.

Lunch – three courses for $20*. (see participating lunch restaurants here)

Dinner – three courses for $35.*

Check the full list for participating restaurants and make reservations here. (note: the lunch list only has the names of the restaurants given to the Center City District. Others might be participating).

Check their instagram and Twitter for more info!

Parking

While a large amount of people will probably be coming via ride-sharing, subway, or regional rail, there are cheaper parking options if you choose to drive yourself into the city.

My first suggestion would be the $7 lot after 5pm at 16th and Vine.

The other option – the one Restaurant Week and the PPA is offering – is $9 at garages around the Center City area from 4:45pm-1:00am with a voucher from the restaurant. Use this list to check out the participating garages.

I personally haven’t done it yet but am hoping to during the second week.

Anyone want to join?

*Tax, alcohol and gratuity not included. Menus are subject to change. Reservations are subject to availability. Please honor your reservations. If you are unable to keep your reservation for any reason, please call the restaurant to inform them.
